The Initial Phase

  • Liaise and coordinate with clients and architects or designers to provide plans to suit both lifestyle and budget.
  • Oversee the initial phase of the project by dealing with Local Authorities, NHBRC amongst others.
  • Assist with negotiating and appointment of contractors.
    Assist with specifications and selection of finishes.

The Construction Phase

  • Overall management to ensure the home is built in accordance with the plans and specifications, NHBRC and Local Authority regulations.

The Completion Phase

  • Ensure the home is completed to an acceptable standard.
  • Arrange for the issue of compliance certificates and warranties.

PROPERTY INSPECTIONS AND VALUATIONS

  • We will provide the expertise to inspect and evaluate the integrity of properties and provide reports and valuations.
  • Inspection and preparation of handover lists for new and existing properties.
